Shipping/Postage rates
The estimated shipping/postage charges are based on the weight and the designated country that you have registered in our website. However, there are a number of factors that would affect the charges:

| 2) | Dimension of the parcel |
If you want to ship to another address, please indicate the desired shipping address during the order processing. FedEx is our appointed shipping agency.

Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
TT has to be done on the same day of class registration/ ordering and if payment is not received, KME has the rights to terminate your class reservation/ order.

Pre-payment:
Add the item(s) you would like to purchase to the shopping cart and use our "Shipping Estimator" to estimate the shipping charges. However, we do have minimum freight amounts so please refer to the Fax Order Form above. Any overpayments will be applied as a credit on your account and may be used towards future orders.
Arrival time
Once we have received your order, we will send out the available stock item(s) within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If any of your ordered items is out of stock, we will notify you in this time frame. It will take just 1-2 working day(s) (Singapore delivery) or 1-7 working days (international delivery) for shipment to arrive.
Exchange
All the shipped item(s) can only be exchanged within 7 days upon the arrival. Item(s) can only be exchanged if the price tag is not disfigured, removed or torn and the original plastic bag is not damaged, together with the receipt. Exchanged merchandise(s) must be of equal or lesser value than the original item(s). In the case where the value of the exchanged merchandise(s) is less than the value of the original item(s), no refund of the differences will be given. However, you will have to top up if there is any total cost difference. Kindly complete the Exchange form and send back to us together with your exchanged item(s).
There will be an additional of 15% re-stocking charge will be imposed for items returned.
All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Upon receiving your return, please allow 5 to 8 working days for us to process.
Marketing Emails
All the registered users or users who have filled up the feedback forms will be able to receive marketing emails like eg promotions, new products. All our online customers’ information will be treated confidentially. If you do not want to receive any emails from us, you can send us an email indicating "unsubscribe mail" in the subject line.
